Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant
Commitment: -Full-time candidates are required to commit to the entire ski season (October 1st - March31st) and work a minimum of 5 shifts or 40 hours per week and be available to work weekends and through the busy Christmas period.
Qualifications: -Must be a cross-country skier, have a minimum of 2 years retail sales or related customer service experience, possess strong interpersonal skills, be prepared to work as part of a cohesive team and display the ability to multitask in a busy, fast paced working environment.
Job Description: -Front line customer service representative, engaging customers both in the store and on the telephone in an attentive, friendly and informative manner. Specific tasks will include the following: Customer Service, Processing transactions for both in store and telephone orders including Day Trips, Ski School and Rentals via our POS system, Restocking, Merchandising including window displays, General house keeping such as emptying garbagecans, vacuuming and sweeping.
Remuneration: -$12 to $16 per hour based on experience and periodic performance evaluations.
