Returns
RETURNS / EXCHANGE
Any product purchased from sigges.com can be returned
or exchanged within two weeks of receiving it. Products need to be unused and
returned in the original packaging, with a copy of proof of purchase. Just email
us with your intent to return or exchange and we will issue you a Return
Authorization number. Send it to us prepaid and insured via post with the
RA number clearly marked on the box.
Upon receiving the product, we will either refund or exchange the items as per your original instructions. All refunds will be in the same tender as the purchase.
WARRANTY
Any ski equipment (skis, boots, poles, or bindings) purchased from sigges.com is warrantied for 1 year against manufacturer's defects. With the exception of some ski poles. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse such as; skis with delaminated tails from being jammed into the snow, boots with badly worn soles from excessive walking on asphalt, worn pole straps and bindings with prematurely worn springs from being stored in the closed position. Please contact us for clarification on what would be considered a warranty.
Email us explaining the nature of the problem. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number. Send the equipment prepaid and insured via post. We will, at our discretion, either fix or replace the equipment in question and return it to you as promptly as we can.
